Dragon-K Click-to-Cancel Policy

We understand that life circumstances can change.

Below are the approved conditions under which membership may be canceled:

1 – Relocation (25+ Miles Away)

Members may cancel their contract if they move 25 or more miles away from Dragon-K.

  • Proof must be provided in the form of a lease showing:

  • Guardian’s name

  • Move-in date

  • New address

  • Dragon-K will review the documentation, and if approved, the membership may be cancelled after a 30-day review period.

2 – Medical Reasons

Members may cancel if a doctor’s note is provided stating it is no longer safe for the member to participate in martial arts activities.

  • Dragon-K will review the documentation, and if approved, the membership may be cancelled after a 30-day review period.


3 – Early Buyout Option

Members may cancel early by paying 50% of the remaining contract balance.

  • Our software partner, ZENPLANNER, is currently working on an automated solution for this option.

  • If this automation is not available, the following flat-rate buyout fees apply:

15 months————$700

30 month————$1,500

60 months————$3,000
