  • Little Dragons (Ages 3–5)

    Martial arts classes will affect your child in a powerful way, providing benefits that will last a lifetime.

    Our children’s classes are designed to target and improve:

    • Coordination

    • Balance

    • Flexibility

    • Strength

    • Stamina

    However, the most important part of Martial Arts is not the physical training, but the Life Skills that are instilled in all of our classes.

    In addition the physical benefits, your child will gain and develop:

    • Self-Control

    • Perseverance

    • Positive Attitude

    • Confidence

    • Courtesy and Respect

    • Humility

    • Better focus and concentration

    • Ability to set goals and achieve them

    • Motivation to strive for excellence and to always go above and beyond

  • Children's Classes (Ages 6+)

    Along with all of the benefits listed for the Little Dragon Classes, this program is specifically designed for children to increase their balance, memory, listening skills, self-defense, and self-confidence.

    These classes include: Children's class white-orange belt, Children's green - purple belt, Children's all ranks, and combination classes

  • Teen & Adult Classes

    Many of our adults join with little or no experience. Our instructors are always receptive to your questions and will take the time to teach you step-by-step, with patience and enthusiasm.

    We promise that Taekwondo and Hapkido will be one of the best decisions you ever make. Teen and adult classes are specifically designed for this age group with higher physical fitness. This class focuses on self-defense, strength, flexibility, peace and harmony, and stress relief.

  • Team Dragon-K (Demo Team)

    Our Martial Arts School pursue what Taekwondo is through tournament. Which builds up strong physical fitness, positive goal setup and positive mind control.

    Team Dragon K's class purposes are:

    • Getting ready for tournament and performance

    • Advanced systematically and distinct class

    • Gaining plenty of tournament experience by participating all match

    • Gain self confidence and agile(which develops reflex)

    • Strengthen the concentration in mind and body control

    However, the most important part of Tournament team the purpose of the tournament are not only personal, school and region's honor but also increase nation's prestige.
